If it was left behind in a slip seat truck and he was the next one out in it, no choice. I wouldn't touch it, into the office and report the condition of the truck. Let them deal with it. While it's no good being a "rat" it's worse to cover up for someone smoking or drinking while on duty driving. That's common sense.
