    LOL, If you look at the studies and the subject and actually try, maybe you would have a different opinion... Maybe not... After being in the hospital a couple of weeks and coming home constipated from all the medication, this thing was a tremendous help. That's the major reason I bought it... Everyone is different

    Ya, I've talked with other people who have done similar. The only difference is the squatty fits around the toilet, other than that no different
