Most trucking companies reimburse you for the cost of bus fare and taxi to hotel. Bus fare from Georgia to St Louis is $150 and taxi fare to hotel around $20.
I use my credit card and fly or drive myself. I dont do greyhound.

Will they still give me the 150 if you drive yourself?

Rental car rates depend on whether you're moving a car to an area with a surplus or shortage of cars.

They usually pay for greyhound. I'll never go greyhound. Fly. Much better.

I would have opted for the plane ride. I see he changed to another rental car company that's $80/day. That thing is going to beat you to death for 10 hours. You're going to get there tired and sore as h3ll. Don't forget the extra money for insurance, fees, etc. Then there's fuel. By the time it's all said and done, you'll have $200 or more in it.

Take the plane. Get there faster and have time to sun yourself on the beach sipping a pina colada.

Crap, he said St. Louis. Forget the plane and beach. Take the bus. It'll take 40+ hours to get you there. But that's less time you have to spend in St. Louis.
