Do any of you eat granola bars, or Fiber One bars in particular?

Be careful. I chipped a tooth on one yesterday. It had a ROCK in it.

Can't eat them. I'll end up eating the whole box. It'll be more calories then if I ate a double quarter pounder. Rather eat a burger more protein.

Well, I'll put it this way. I'd rather look at trees than mcmansions. ;)

And, after being told about slightly elevated cholesterol, I figured that would be a good way to eat more fiber, preferably WITHOUT unnecessary minerals.
