There is some logic in pot misleading people. It's not the pot itself, but the fact that the government and schools lie and say how bad it is. When some people realize that they have been lied to about pot they think that maybe they were lied to about other drugs also......Last edited: Nov 4, 2015

I just dont want to see anyone go down the roads i did, especially in thr trucking industry where governmental tolerance is nearly zero. that would really mess someone's life up possibly to the point where they would be blackballed from every industry.

I blame varying degrees of willpower for this, not the plant.
In my own experience, I had no desire to try anything else because of all the overdose stories I heard growing up. Two notable examples were Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix.
The other reason was the fact that like everyone else, I still had to earn a living, which took priority over partying.
Weekends however were another story. -
In the context of the OP I would probably have done likewise, but only for CYA. I'm not about to get blamed for someone else's stupidity. The Patriot, TripleSix, sdaniel and 1 other person Thank this.
