Just an FYI to everyone, I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of parts 7 days ago. My credit card was charged a few minutes after I placed the order, a week later it is still "awaiting shipment". They won't return my emails, the online chat person was going to "look into it" yesterday but hasn't called me back... Im calling my credit card company to cancel.

I did try to call, they said they have not heard from the manufacturer. Its an order for floor mats for a 2013 389 Peterbilt, and a dash mounted camera not a door handle for a '38 KW. If you don't have the product in stock, tell the customer how long it will take to ship and DO NOT CHARGE the credit card until it is ready to ship! They have no idea how long it will take for the manufacturer to ship it.
