    It'd actually not uncommon at all to just get a ticket in some counties in ca, I'm humoldt it's somthing like a 120 dollar fine for less then an ounce.

    It's bacicly like a Jay walking fine, you don't even have to go to court, you just pay it at the counter. So yes I can see where he didn't think it was on his record, things are a lot diferent out here.

    hey guys. thank you all for your replies, it has helped me a lot.

    i will look at my DAC and see what it says so i can match that up with the next company. i haven't made a decision on schools yet, because i', waiting on the DAC basically.
    I am eligible to have the pot charge expunged, but it takes 2-6 months. it was listed as a charge/arrest, dismissed.
    SOOOOO..... i can tell the next company i apply to i was charged but the charge was dismissed and that should be ok. once i see my dac, and at worst, i can tell them i was dismissed from the school because i didnt remember that charge and they thought i was lying and dismissed me. i will tell them now that i know, i have learned to be honest about 100% of it and i am thinking all should be ok.
    i passed a urine test, 3 hours later they gave me a hair test. also passed.

    Go to work at Mc Doanlds.... Heard they are looking for a few good men....It's a challenging job for some ;)
