The individual valves are very simple to rebuild. This is a package unit though so it may be more difficult. That particular relay has a spring under the valve that determines the crack pressure so the crack pressures need to be the same if you replace it. More than likely the crack pressure is 4 psi. Crack pressure is the pressure that determines when the valve starts to open/sending air to the brake chamber from the supply line. That is the pressure you send it from the brake treadle valve. I saw that valve package somewhere yesterday online for 300 dollars or so. Don't remember the exact amount. Watch this video and good luck.

The new one is saw on line were about 300 dollars.
Did it not have a spring under it? -
2 springs, one right under cover and second under rubber

Had to replace it,but just the middle part. Local freightliner had it for 90.78+tax, not bad. Thx for all the help and keep on trucking.
