slow hazards

    In NJ I think you have to sign some kind of agreement to be in the way/moving slow in order to pull cans.

    Did you check the lights on your trailer?
    They may have been shaken out.

    its a piece of POS indeed!! I haul containers and they have screws so the lights wont fall driving thru another POS!

    Because we were trying to push SWIFT, Werner, JB and CR and the lost OTR driver out of the way.

    Why is there not stricter laws for the companies that own the chassis? As a company wouldn't they have to keep a closer eye on their equipment to avoid any type of litigation due to old out of date equipment malfunctioning or failing?

    Do you live in California? And just who decides when that chassis is out of date? What about the driver, some of them are older than the chassis? Age has absolutely NOTHING to do with the safety of the chassis.
