My journey with Orange starts

Made it to Auburn WA for my live load appointment at 13:00.

New pre assignment is to DH 149 miles to Moxee WA for a D/H. Take load 180 miles to the OC to relay.

Running low on hours. Will have about 3 hours left on my 70. Will get 9.5 back at midnight.

 

368 miles today. Portland to Auburn to Moxee and back to Portland for the night.

No pre assignment yet.

 

207 miles today. Did not get pre assignment until 14:00 today. That was after DBL and I had a conversation about my day today. Not real happy about the way the day turned out.

Left OC to get MT in N Portland. P/U MT and as I am head out of town to Hermiston, I get message that I need to BT to shipper instead. As shipper has too many MTs already. WTF. Head back to the OC to drop MT. A waste of 90 minutes of my time. Uhhh.

Will have live load in Portland tomorrow. Appointment is between 09:00-14:00. Should be interesting. Last time I was there waited 3 hours and left with load back to the OC.

 

No. I am running with the Pacific NW Fleet (PNWF). We run mostly WA and OR and sometime NorCA. We are paid short haul miles. Which is a little more CPM than W11. Suppose to get reset at home every weekend, but has not always happened. Average between 2000-2600 miles a week.

340 miles on Saturday. My live load turned into a D/H. Sweet.
DH 147 miles to Sumner. P/U a D/H and dropped at the lot to relay.

 

No full size sleeper. There are about 20-25 drivers on this fleet. This fleet started about 2 months ago. Most loads I have run in the last few weeks have been in Moxee WA, Grandview WA, Hermiston OR and Chiloquin OR. Plus a couple runs to Woodland CA and Stockton CA.

New pre assignment is to BT 11 miles to Tacoma for an MT. DH back to Sumner for a D/H and then relay load in Portland.

 

317 miles today. Dropped load in Portland. After a 3 hour wait, new pre assignment.

P/U MT at the OC. Surprised I found one there. DH back to Sumner. Have live load of water appointment at 11:00 tomorrow headed to Hermiston for a D/H.

 

450 miles today. Sumner to Kent to Hermiston to Portland.
Made it to the OC for the night. Have a 10:00 appoinment tomorrow to drop the pallets off.

New pre assignment is a live load about a mile from the pallets. Then head 117 miles to Madras OR for a 08:00 appointment for a live unload. From there a I head 27 miles to Redmond OR for my 2nd live unload.

Next pre assignment is DH 127 miles to Chiloquin for. D/H. Workflow says delivery is not till the 16th. In Stayton OR. I may relay this load. I am not sitting for 3 days on a load. It is a 3 stop live unload. 1st stop Stayton OR, 2nd stop Olympia WA and stop 3 in Tacoma. Stay tuned.

 

133 miles today. Dropped the load in Portland at 10:00. Had to wait 2 hours for an MT. Not a big deal because I had to wait till noon to P/U my other live load going to Madras and Redmond. Made it to Madras for the night.

Other loads were pulled from me. So know I don't know gate I will be doing after my 2nd live load at 10:00 tomorrow.
