Pass, now that they are a carcinogen and known to cause cancer I will stick with the chicken. The wonderful wife of mine was quick enough to point out, if beef was so bad for everyone, why did our ancestors thrive on it?

 

And I still say, "if it ain't never MOOed, it just ain't FOOd!"

If everyone stopped (pick one,) eating - drinking - smoking everything that is supposed to be "bad" for us, we wouldn't be here. Nor would the animals.

People will say/do anything for their 15 minutes of fame, particularly if those 15 minutes come with a healthy amount of government money for a "study."
