Need advie please

Huh?. You want to change company so you can drive a truck with a more respected logo stuck to it?.

 

My advice would be to spend the next few months figuring out what's important to you from a carrier and after you hit 6 months solo send apps to the companies that have what you desire.

 

His point, I believe, is we get disrespected from nearly all avenues, regardless of what the name is on the door.

 

If you want respect on the road, do courteous acts to other drivers. Trust me, it makes a difference. Respect is earned, not given. it doesnt matter what logo is on your driver, Just be what you are, a professional driver.

 

A trucking company is a dime a dozen in my opinion. There are sooooo many companies to drive for. That said, my advice is to weigh what's important to you. Is being hone regularly the most important factor? That will narrow your search. Is money the most important factor? Point is, no company is perfect. Find what works for your needs and you should be able to find a good company that can meet you halfway. They all have pros and cons. Best of luck in your decision.
