Is there any company sponsored training companies out there that will pay me while i am getting trained to drive truck? Cause i may have to take a regular job until i can find a way to get my cdl and not suffer with going 18 days or a month without income coming in i have a family to support and money is kind of tight that i can't afford to go without income for a month

Generally speaking, "you can't have your cake and eat it too"'
Sneakerfix Thanks this. -
Prime gives you a 200 dollar a week advance up to 6 weeks I believe while you are training to get your CDL , however that's just about enough to cover food whatnots on the road not nearly enough to support a family on

Try getting a dock job with an ltl company(I.e. old dominion, Conway, R&L)
I worked for R&L, and a few dock guys were promoted up to driver. While training they are still paid hourly, since they are already an employee.
Old Dominion is probably your best bet. My brother got trained, and promoted to driver within three months. According to him they try to promote from within a lot.
On top of the short term benefit of not having a gap in pay, your starting salary will be much higher. The typical OTR training companies do not pay well at all. ltl companies on the other hand, generally start above the average truck driver salary. -
If you are still looking, ROEHL pays $500 when you train, all expenses covered including food
