I don't know what actually causes it, and haven't found any pattern to it other than when it does happen (maybe once or twice a month tops), it's when the pickup and delivery are in different time zones. For the record, I'm dispatched in Eastern time and spend my time about equally in Eastern and Central.

 

They may have reset everything. Go into settings and set for your home base time. ie EST

 

It's a glitch in OTM, just use the current time and let your dbl know what the real time should be.

It tends to happen if you do the tasks significantly after the time you actually did then.
