For those who just want to change just the bulb and got the dual bulb type of fogs (Manufacturer Part Number:
20737496), (I think interchangeable years 2004-2014)
the top bulb is 886 (it turns on w/low beams) and the bottom bulb is 896 (it turns on w/high beams) -
if the wiring for the fog lights is right, the lower bulb works with the low beams and the upper works with the high beams
-
Yup, lower is Fog, Upper is Drive. You can put 886 (50W) in to Fog or Drive socket (it fit). Or you can swap connectors so when you use Low Beam and turning on Fog the one on the top is on instead lower (as originally designed). It's few inches higher but with 886 bulb it get the job done

+ swap H11 to H9 and you have 65W low beam + 50W Fog/Drive. Cheapest and most effective way for driving at night.
