My advice...QUIT...go home...relax then on Monday look up local small companies and also driver temp companies like Pro Drivers and others that can be a gateway to better career moves.

That's too complicated. You need to try a more simple approach.

 

I'm not sure if you're still there at Celadon but get out while you can. I was in the same boat with the lumper fees and all. They even held my last check because the company I'm with now called them for employment verification, which screwed me up big time. Anyways get away from them. Come to Maverick where you're treated like a human being. The pay, the days off, everything they have advertised is the real deal. I'm in the glass /flatbed division and I LOVE it!!!! They have temperature controlled as well. Leave that company now!!!!!
