Yeah, guess we can ask any Company with Junk products or services. They'll never admit it really.

Wandering wifi needs to get their service fixed. Before selling a product, the product should at least do what it says. If not, the service should be considered a fraud. I've paid twice for this service, and it sucks.

I recently came back OTR after 5 years local. Signed up for wandering wifi and reiterite the OPs comments about it being infuriating, and he started this thread FIVE years ago! I cannot believe the POS company wandering wifi who has had this business for 10 years still has crap service. NO excuse. NONE. ZERO. I'm done with them and I have told Loves that they may well lose my fueling business to T/A Petro who do not use WW. All the techs do is give you the same "we have someone looking at that" bs followed by an offer of an extra week or two. Tell me, what is crap service times two? Yeah, its still crap service. WW should be reported to the FCC for fraudulent business practices.

There has to be another Wi Fi provider besides wandering WiFi. The name Wandering is apropos as the signal is wandering somewhere else besides the truck stop. There is always issues with their equipment. How they managed to bamboozle the shirts from all 4 major truck stop's is beyond me.

Wandering Wifi been killing me.. I normally use my devices 4G to create a wifi hotspot for my personal PC that is in my Truck.. Thought i would try a month of Wandering Wifi through Loves Truck stops since my company has us there all the time for fuel.. First Night in Houston TX it worked great.. Then 2nd Night i was in Eufaula OK. NOTHING.. So called up suport and they inform me its completely down in that location.. 3rd night im in Springfield MO.. Nothing again.. Call again.. The lady was actually very nice.. I informed her of the night before.. She restarted my Month long time.. But still could not connect cause no service.. 4th night im in Hinton OK.. was getting very very slow wifi.. Might as well been down.. It took forever to do anything.. Now currently im in Albuquerque NM.. Its completely down here to.. Called tech they say "yeah its down in that location".. It seems to me its down at every Loves location!! Horrible service so far..

@turtletk why bother with wifi these days most places its to slow to be useful and you have to pay .4g Lte is generally much faster than any of the paid wifi services at truckstops. If the 4g is to slow have some offline entertainment or its time to get some sleep . Also you can use an app like Sensorly check the 4g speed and avoided ####ty areas like to plague
