    Get an alignment!

On a serious note you may be a little dehydrated, try drinking some more water during the day.

actually, it has been said if one waits till being thirsty, one is dehydrated. the urge not to go (for you) proves your body was long ago in need of fluids.

    do some googling on this.

you actually make your kidneys work harder when you a re dehydrated. the darker your urine is, the harder they are working, we want lighter yellow in color. dark yellow is bad.

    please look this up.

Tried taking a couple more breaks this time and its a lot better at the end of the day. Thanks for the tips. Had to contend with this for the last 3 hours: 20151112_213443.jpg

Word of advice: When driving down a 6-8% grade on ice, don't drive 25 feet away from the vehicle in front. Watched this ####### in front of me nearly patch out another vehicle in front of him twice on one hill. Each time he hammered the brakes I could see his trailer start to swing for the ditch. Out of the 7 or 8 trucks and 3 or 4 cars traveling in this group, not one (apart from me) was keeping a safe distance. An extreme lack of professionalism on the highways tonight.

i never assume, just telling you what the doctors and medical profession say about this. take that up with them, i was only informing you, don't like it...?? then ignore any and all early earning signs as well

if he lives that long. sounds like a know it all, nothing can hurt me kind of person.
