Why would you put $ into their equipment ?

 

Do you have pictures of how you returned the truck? If not good luck on your court case cause you won't win. And for the CS if they used the last pay check to cover the damage to the truck they did not violate Any court order you did because you did not pay since you were not paid.

 

that's why when I get into an asigned truck for the first time
....i check for old body damage FIRST and if there is any OBD I make sure it's on record before I drive it
... I have a crystal clear MVR and CSA therefore I can work for any carrier I want to work BUT I'm very picky because most of these trucking companies are not worth a hoot to work for
.... If I make a bad bet and get stuck with a bad company I try to either stick it out for a yr or make a clean positive exit but I still have to pay for the mistake by adding more job history on my application....this is something job hoppers better think about
