finally back at the house and had a chance to look over the week.
they pulled one out of the hat in the end. they usually do and keep the average consistent. was sitting in leesport Friday morning after having been there all week with only 1705.
pulled on the yard this morning with 3151 lol between that empty move to jersey, the deadhead to advance and the out and back to Knoxville I ran almost as much in just over 2 days than I did the previous 5.
some weeks will go that way. you'll be frustrated up until late in the week then they run the #### out of you the last 2 days of the week.

slack time? lol even during our 'slow time' from jun-aug I still was doing 2800-2900. that's better than an outstanding week at my previous carrier
I've let my spreadsheet get 2 weeks behind gotta get it caught up between today and tomorrow but I'm running around a 3050 avg ytdtrucker43 Thanks this. -
I was in leesport all week too. Just another week..
trucker43, 28, ASHLEYDRIVER2013 and 1 other person Thank this. -
clearly you sat less than I did lol
by the time Friday rolled around I'd sat on that yard 41 hours waiting on loads that weren't ready.
15hrs Wednesday, 14hrs Thursday and 12hrs on Friday just sitting there waiting. -
Ghee, yeah that does suck. They sent me back to advance thrs after swinging by staples in Hagerstown to bring back a loaded trl. Then Richmond, roxoboro, advance, to Atlanta rail. Was home Friday night. I only left on Monday. 3200mi+ wk thoughtrucker43, ASHLEYDRIVER2013 and flyingmusician Thank this.

the same 8-9 of us pretty much did nothing but sit all week.
they were planning us midday the day before for loads that were 'supposed' to be ready by 0400-0500 that never started loading till 0800 and didn't deliver till 1800. all week long. there were a lot of short tempers up there by Friday morning. dispatch was a little annoyed with it too. they couldn't understand why there were so many of us up there with so few loads and being planned on ones with so much time between when we were planned and when they delivered. it was a complete disconnect with reality lol
without a doubt my worst week in leesport. I may not like being up there but they always have done a much better job of planning and I still run good miles up there. except for this week. they managed to salvage a good week but I was out a full 7 days for it.trucker43 and ASHLEYDRIVER2013 Thank this. -
Well. I also know there's a new planner planning that. She's not new to ADS, just moved up outta dispatch to do planning. I had my 1st load I took to Syracuse drag on getting ready, but it completed about 15mins before I arrived.flyingmusician and ASHLEYDRIVER2013 Thank this.

Not bad, no grass growing under the tires--there!flyingmusician and Southern Trucker85 Thank this.

The new planner is Stacy. I believe she's planning that area. I'm sure she will do good at it once she gets a little more time in.
trucker43, ASHLEYDRIVER2013 and flyingmusician Thank this. -
Maybe they shouldn't have turned her loose on her own so soon yet.trucker43 Thanks this.
