    I have a 2015 T680 with factory CB antennas and a Cobra 29 installed,
Sometimes when I talk on the CB it feeds back thru my stereo speakers.
    Any advice?

Turn your stereo down when you transmit. Extra grounding might help.

That is not uncommon. All my radios will back feed thru most stereos.

Sounds like a grounding issue. I have had this issue with a truck that did not have metal mirror brackets , like those of the older trucks. Fiberglass, or plastic mirror brackets will interfere with the grounding issue, as there is no metal parts to ground the antenna.

The FM band is sensetive to CB by being a harmonic of the frequency being transmitted on. Grounding the antennas should cure most of it.

The factory antennas like most new trucks probably serve as the antenna for your fm stereo and that is most likely the cause for your feed back that and crappy coax I would get an external mount and antenna and new coax

No, not really. Maybe up at 107.1-107.9, if you're on channels 1-3. The second harmonic of the CB channels is between 80 and 82 MHz, well below the FM broadcast band, and the third harmonic of most of the channels is within the aviation band, just above the FM broadcast band.

And if we're talking harmonics, the only thing that will cure it is properly tuning the radio. No amount of grounding will get rid of harmonics and splatter in lieu of that.
