I scan my paper at home on the computer system so I always have a copy of everything in case this is a problem and that is emailed directly to ads payroll, Sunday night, or Monday mornings,.

Give an example of one of your weeks .
Like where did you pick up and where did you end up going.

to boot . -
my last couple of weeks running there from my spreadsheet. these trips are out Monday morning home by midday Saturday. this doesn't include last week I'm presently crunching those numbers now

those are typical weeks running out of there for someone not based there. the ideal as stated earlier is to get planned so that you can get out and back from/to the DC same day shut down there and go again the next day. they try to plan it that way most of the time but sometimes it doesn't work out that way and then you're hung out taking break away from the DC. then it gets harder to keep moving due to the limited parking options up there. if you know how to run the NE and are very good at managing your clock and run to the last minute good miles can be had running those tripstrucker43, 28 and ASHLEYDRIVER2013 Thank this. -
Im in Ga now , i notice a lot of Ashley trucks coming through the truck stop , they fuel but none of them parking . Lots of Ashely trucks along I-20 going west today towards MS and LA .
Did anyone mention if you guys go to California ?
Parkings a booger in the N/E , thats for certain -
It does happen but not often, we. Have a plant there.

Just speaking for myself I do not like to park at truck stops, I'll do anything else rest area ,Walmart ,Home Depot ,Lowes I'm sure you get the picture. Also if you look at Southern post where he showed his numbers of running for his 5 days you will see that once you know the market area where you can run your hours out high and tight, those numbers he posted are actually pretty impressive he's running right to the max that's also probably why you don't see us parking too much. A lot of us are too busy running. Lol. Lol loltrucker43, flyingmusician, Southern Trucker85 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I stick with Tim Horton's its where all the cool kids hang out in Canada and they have free WiFi.
flyingmusician and ASHLEYDRIVER2013 Thank this. -

Yeah it can definitely be done and consistently. This was week before last.
That's more like what a good week for me looks like. After you've run the same areas awhile and have an idea what to expect you learn how hard you can push and where the end of the line parking is probably gonna be.
I think a lot of us try to park at places other than the truck stops and have our regular hiding spotsLast edited: Nov 16, 2015
