well, some guys are gay, and like looking at another man's butt.......

sorry, but it's the lifestyle, and lack of women, that does it to some.

all the tips in the world is not going to work if you don't have the will power. Not any different then smoking, you have to be 100% committed to eating healthier.I would suggest staying away from truckstops and if you have to go in one to pay for fuel bathroom laundry, leave your money in your trk so you're not tempted.Buy only healthy snacks for your trk like fruits, granola instead of that other garbage.Eat licorish in place of candy or fruit roll ups..

The trick is, don't buy snacks. No candy, no peanuts, no chips, no chocolate. Nada. If you're a breakfast person, eat breakfast. If you're not a breakfast person, like me, just get your coffee and a granola bar, work until your 30 minute break, eat lunch/brunch. Work til the end of your day, then eat a light dinner. The trick is the light dinners. Leave the heavy meals for lunch or breakfast.

I thought that was a sign that they've been out on the road for way too long and need some serious hometime.
