Owner operator... mechanic

I have been given a lecture about my use of colorful language........but what can I say I come by it honestly I was a sailor

 

Wish I had the space to do most of the major work cause if I did I'd do it but sadly I don't so I can't but if I did....

 

I've got a nice 40x60 barn to use. But it's so packed full of junk that I refuse to get rid of that I just work outside.

Half of it, probably more, is my dad's stuff. I just can't get rid of it even tho I'll never use most of it. Things like an ammo box filed with good injectors out of a 238 detroit. When did they stop making two cycle Detroit's? Something like 1975.

And then there is stuff that's actually in very high demand, that I won't get rid of cause I might want to use it one day. Couple of small block Chevys. one 454 big block. Extra cranks and cams.Half dozen heads for birth small and big blocks. Two Ford nine inch rears. even got three four speed Muncie transmissions. And then there is the intake and carbs. A good four barrel might pump more gas but nothing looks more bad ### than three dueces on top off a 427. won't sell any of it even if I won't ever use it, cause I just might build a hot rod one day. And then there is the fact I'm just too #### emotional when it comes to anything my dad had.

 

I wouldn't say that stuff is junk...sound like u need another barn. I have zoning issues I have the room to build a barn but the govt is getting in the way (what's new)
