Actually this is what happens to rabbits, that title is misleading. When they hit the end they pass out. Tho I must admit why I last longer the end result is the same.

"What you allow is what will continue." You can get a good workout in your cab. Get creative. Push-ups, sit-ups, planks, leg raises, get a kettlebell and you can do squats and core and leg exercises. However, in my opinion, you have to watch what you eat. It's not easy, in fact it sucks sometimes, but success is rarely easy. Oatmeal or pancakes with syrup? Chicken breast and salad or burger and fries? Everyday is a choice.
