    Yes Jacksonville is there main terminal/HQ. They put you in a quality inn less than a mile away. It's actually a really nice hotel, I have at few pics if you want me to post them. Don't get me wrong it's no Sheraton but it's clean and doesn't smell like mold or mildew.

    Naw, pics aren't necessary. I was just curious. I'm weighing my options currently....I really don't want to go back OTR, but the local gig I just moved to a few months back isn't really all that. Unfortunately, all the local gigs I've found in this area (Ocala-ish), the payscale is crap. Only way to make decent money is to kill yourself working 60-70 hours a week (actually working- not like OTR 60-70 hours....I haul medium to heavy equipment for a local mom&pop company, and usually load and unload between 8-12 loads a day....)

    Thanks for the replies. Any other info (good or bad) an old hand thinking about going back might want to know about them?

    It's pretty laid back here. Your DM will send you a pre plan and that's it. They don't harras you at all unless your not doing your job or being late. It is not forced dispatch. About the only negative I've seen so far is once and a while you'll sit for a little while waiting on a load. Pay starts at .45 -.50cpm According to the owner, he wants everyone at 60cpm within the next year or so. We're transferring over to an all LNG fleet of trucks. Mostly drop and hook. All trucks have APU, 1800W inverter, fridge/freezer and a 25 dollar a week food and drink gift card.

    Day 3 of orientation did road test. And was issued truck 2day
    Nice equipment. And they do detail it for you. Should finish up early tomorrow and start out toward home with my irst load to grab my gear. According to the CEO he told us that out of 400 and something sleeper trucks there were only 16 left to fill once the 4 of us that are in my class get our trucks. I tell you in my opinion that speaks volumes to how low there turnover rate is. And there were not many left on the yard

    No sorry didn't get a chance to meet you. Took off to Albany got load to Houston. Delivers Monday. Going to pick up then heading toward home SE Alabama get my stuff take Saturday off leave out early Sunday morning.

    Why did you Raven drivers push little guy out of Raven Transport. Are you that jealous of him? I mean it is so easy to believe what he is saying in his video that the drivers of Raven are jealous of him. I mean look at him he is such a stud in the industry and is making it better for everyone.
