Been looking hard for the right career move since ND oilfield layoff in Feb...Waggoners has caught my attention...coming from oil driving, it sounds like the same routes and scheduals -easy enough. Most posts on here about Waggoners are related to their auto haul ops...anyone got the skinny on the Oilfield situation? Bakken to TX/OK corridor?

Bummed to hear...specially ND, and your in Colorady? Craigslist shows a bunch of oil work in both areas...I was thinking of going back!! LOL
Anyways, didnt know waggoners did anything besides autos..down here they run some scaryazz looking funny wiggly trailers....
Must be bunk?
I recommend LTL for you... -
There is some work but the worthwhile perks and many of the jobs went away. My entire crew was all let go (we had the option to move up to ND but no more 80hr guarantee, not that I ever needed it when things were hopping) you gotta be willing to go full nomad to chase the few wells that are still going full bore.

I was put on to Groendyke from another post but they do not compete with some of the other outfits doing gas hual in Denver...I've got enough side work to keep me in videls but the next outfit I take up with has got to be a bread winner.

Waggoners was a flatbed outfit to start with. They used to haul lots of oil tools in side kits, but I don't see em much
Chinatown Thanks this. -
