Don't worry Walmart hires a lot of O/O I left Mercer to come here was there for 8 years. Run your 14 and 11 down everyday and you'll see that your pay is going to be close to what you probably did at landstar and at the end of the day it's better in my opinion.
Because you have no more overhead ..making 100k as a company driver please I'll take it sir

Basically I never really thought this thread would do what it has done. I feel very blessed that it has help so many of you. Family is important to everyone, money comes second. Even though we may never meet in person, face to face, we are all family. Wal~mart family. You will always the ~ in Wal~mart to represent what Sam had started so long ago, and continues to this day.
Respect for the individual.
This is the most important key to me in our family and in life!
I can't thank you all enough for what you do everyday and here. Keep helping each and pay it forward as others have mentioned is all that is needed. Keep Sam's dream alive!
