stupid new breed driver

i know this will hurt you, but, the only way to resolve stupid issues like this is to contact the Local authorities and get that num nut pulled over and arrested for Hit and run.. If we just punch the idiot's truck, he or she will continue to think nothing will happen to them. If the truck was from Mexico or Canada, I don't know what issues would happen when it's a hit and run. In any even, the first thing I do when I am bumped, I pull out my camera and get a shot of what hit me and the tractor DOT number.

This could be turned back on you if you let it go.

I just had a truck dam near take off my front bumper last night. A Mercer driver could not back up into a parking spot and almost hit me 2 times. I kept blowing my horn to let him know how close he was. He got out 2 times to check how close he was and still he almost hit me 2 times. After 2 times, he drove off. The parking spot was on the blind side.

In this industry CYA is the key.

 

This right here is part of the problem! I have no use for lazy ###ed drivers who will sit in their truck and blow their horn repeatedly because another guy gets close. No problem with the first time, but if you need to do it more than once, you're part of the problem! Try getting your lazy butt out of the truck and help guide a guy in...it's called Paying it Forward. Some day you'll want it & you'll appreciate it more.

Actually, you have to give him a little credit. He did get out and look, so he's not lazy & understands he's not Mr. Perfect Driver.
Oh yeah, and if you're one of those impatient dip####, get pissed off because I stop to GOAL when I'm backing in...well the mods won't let me tell you what I think of you on this board.

Actually, CYA is one of the keys...understanding that your not perfect, and sometimes need a little help, and so is and does everybody else is just as important. Oh yeah, and when you help, CYA usually isn't an issue, because you've helped avoid the problem.

Everybody wants to talk about Old School, that's it right there. It used to be that guys actually helped other guys. Try it sometime, it actually helps build the comradery...

Our local Cat dealer had a mechanic that would drive with his seat all the way down, rear ended a school bus in morning steering wheel hit him in the chest and killed him.

 

I drive with the seat all the way Down... Guess I'm not a real driver

 

This is why the Feds are now mandating that you be in school for a certain amount of time; to filter these airheads out.

 

Well honestly, I met superhauler...and if I was that guy, I woulda just drove off too after I saw the driver of that big w900 coming at me. LOL....of course I wouldn't have done something stupid enough to piss him off in the first place, c'mon.
