Its only promised thru September. I dont have enough first hand knowledge to base my decision from, so Im not going to sign on.

 

I wonder how is that company working out thinking to sign on with them but not sure

If you look on Circle's FB page, they had a response to these allegations. They posted evidence that they were not in the wrong. Iam going to orientation for them today. Ill post up every now and then with progress.

 

Well good luck Pound Puppy I originally thought the same thing so I opted to go to Mercer was there 2 months did OK ( barely ) decided to give these guys a try been great made more money in my first 2 1/2 weeks with these guys than I did at Mercer the last month. Been with them about 2 months now still going real good.

 

Lol, you are bitter, I get it. But going into Jersey or anywhere in the Northeast pays great, but you always get hosed coming out. Just the way

Im runnig dedicated, I know the rates and what to expect. Its my truck, when I say Im going home, thats exactly what I do whether they like it or not. I made that clear at orientation. But even if I were running board, I still understand lanes and what they should pay. There are a number if tools online to help with current hot zones and current rate averages. Flying by the seat of youre pants or relying on someone else does not cut it anymore. You have to be proactive and keep up on current trends.

Blaming a company is the easy scape goat.

 

I was with Mercer almost 2 years. The agents really were doing a poor job and the rates kept getting lower and lower. I tried to use some of my old contacts from when I was independent, they wouldnt give me authorization to pull any of those loads. Plus they brought in over 200 lease purchase trucks. Along with that came a lot of the wrong kind of people. Some great, but a lot not so much. I hated to leave, but it was time.
