Sporty's pilot shop sells a device for men and women for those tough situations where stopping is not an issue (say at 15,000 feet). Carry an empty gallon container and you're good to go.

I believe in having hygiene standards though. Judging from the number of pee bottles I see on the side of the road not everyone does. They aren't all in Atlanta, LA and the Bronx. I take a shower every day 99% of the time too. -

I've never planned a pee break in my life nor have I ever planned a super quick tire squealing stop when my body decided to reject a TS meal through my rearend at a most inopprotune of times.I see that "planned" stuff on this forum a lot and it usually gives me a good chuckle. It's a cdl mill brainwashing slogan. Most if they make it in this biz long enough soon find out plans mean " I hope I cans".Lurchgs, Working Class Patriot, lilillill and 3 others Thank this. -
Right on, Muleskinner! I have a plan. I also have plan B, plan C, plan D, and so on, because I've never had plan A work out!
How do you plan a bodily function, anyway? Do you just tell your bladder "you can't fill up until mm135 where there's a rest area"?Muleskinner and panhandlepat Thank this. -
Muleskinner Thanks this.

"planning" from my mill meant, you don't ever let personel problems interfere with an on-time delivery.
If its a 7 hour trip you don't leave at midnight and plan on being there at 7 a.m.
common sense says you might have to pee, hit a bit of traffic, or anything else.
so no you don't plan to pee at mm235 but you do plan some extra time in there so you can take care of business and still get to your drop on time.
I usually plan an hour extra on my short runs then I have time to hit a TS for a leak and a refill and still show up a little early.
In the winter, I may plan as much as 3-4 hours extra for inclimate weather.
If I'm sick I plan an extra little also incase I need extra time.
and nooo... I don't drink a 32 ouncer down just before arriving at my drop. My stops don't have on-site, convenient, restrooms where I'm unloading. I have to attend the trailer as I'm unloading.
I know this... so I plan accordingly...
I must be brainwashed real well...??? eh??? lmaowsyrob Thanks this. -
There was one that was advertised as a bio-degradable a couple of months ago. A one roll, one use about the size of a toilet paper roll.
I'm sure the law wouldn't mind writing the ticket, even if it dissolved instantly. -

Sounds good but here is the deal. I drive through the Bronx everyday. I stop at the Lambardi rest area before I cross the GW the relieve myself everytime. Now if I get through the Bronx in say less than 4 hours I am good. But sometimes that ain't going to happen. So what am I suppose to do? Just set my breaks on 95 and run over to a gas station. Sometimes all the planning in the world doesn't mean anything. When mother nature calls you gotta answer.Lurchgs and Muleskinner Thank this. -
This is a second career for me. I was successful in my first one.
Most of you know a lot more about trucking than I do. Thats why I am here ... to learn.
I have a little to offer as well. I have been successful at everything I have ever done. I may be successful at this I may not. So far so good.
One thing is for sure. I will listen to the advice of experienced guys that earn my respect then develop my own procedures.
