Because they are having problems getting qualified applicants . I make over 100k working 5 days a week. The mid 80s is very easy to make

Beginning of November applied online
Week later did phone interview
Week later did pre trip, road test, drug test and physical and background check online
2 days later got results back and info went to Bentonville
Yesterday got offer on phone and orientation date of December 28

Only about 20 days which sounds like some kind of record...lol

 

As Sheriff Buford T Justice would say " You can betch yo ### on that boy"

Thanks JTGordon that's what I'll try and do. I was so exhausted yesterday I just blacked out and I'm not long from that point again. I do need a good routine so that I'm not over thinking things so much. Today was a better day but I've got a ways go WM's system is a lot more complex than what I was accustomed to, but I look forward to the time when I'll think it's easy.

 

The computer and the trip sheets. Just thinking of everything I needed to write and/or enter. Driving was a relief...I can do that.
