They are leased to US Xpress and Calhoun Transport Services.

My husband has been with US Xpress since July 2013. He was extremely happy with USX. He is now a lease/op with USX. The end of September, they offered for my husband to switch over to this company to make more money and to eliminate his maintenance debt. They said to give them 30 days. So my husband did.

First of all, they screwed him over in his repairs. He needed work done and they sent him to one of their "approved" garages, supposedly so he would receive cheaper work and parts. It was a crappy garage and they worked on his truck when they felt like it. Instead of getting in and out in 2-3 days (like he would normally have gotten at his preferred garage), he sat for 7 days. Several hotel stays later, he spent more in lost wages and hotels than he would have paid for the work/parts.
So, it ended up being 2 weeks without pay...

Fast forward to the next payday. When he was supposed to get paid. He gets his settlement sheet. They took his entire check for maintenance.
When he called Swift Enterprises about this issue, they blamed USX payroll and said all they could offer was a pay advance.
Next week, he gets a normal paycheck and Swift says the issue was resolved.
Next week, they took his entire check again for maintenance.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company. They do not have night dispatch. One person monitors the phone at night for the entire company. Oh, this person takes the phone home with them. So more than once my husband has woken this person up. Yeah, nothing got resolved until the next morning when the normal people came in the office. So better hope its not an emergency!
This company is poorly managed and they are too busy "cutting corners" to care about their drives. And don't even THINK of leasing through them. Its a bunch of crap.
