I don't know about the Mickeys bottle. Haven't ever tried it.. HmmmmMuleskinner Thanks this. -

Me, I tend to live by the words of Queen Victoria:
Never pass up a chance to visit the WC.
And keep a bottle under the seat. -

I've run into that too. I don't know what they are thinking when they open their mouth to say such a thing. -
I learn from everyone I come into contact with. Sometimes I learn what not to do. Do you respect the experienced big truck driver who is tailgating 4 wheelers, weaving in and out of heavy traffic and half a second away from running over granny? He has great driving skills but I probably don't want to learn much of what he would teach me.
I have had experienced drivers tell me to cheat on the log book too "only way you can make any money" they say. Thats advice I ain't buying either.
Thats what I meant by respect. Yeah you have to earn it.Muleskinner and Lurchgs Thank this. -
I understood this to be a general statement and didn't see any problem, til a spin was put on it, using words like "demand his respect before I listen" Sometimes it's hard to read context clues. It's not always cut & dry.
I can say someone has earned my respect by showing me the ropes in a positive way, having good work ethic or just by being a good person/driver etc...
How about those bottles, anyone convert ml into ounces for me yet? I'm trying to figure out what to bring in case of an emergency, besides a cup! I don't think there's room for a camp toilet. -
I personally have two options in my truck. I have one of those portable toilets in the truck for solids and I use Sunny-D bottles [the 40oz] (I love sunny-d) for urination. When I'm done with the bottle, I empty it out somewhere safe (grass is usually best) and then rinse it out with chlorox bleach then throw it in a dumpster.
Simple, and easy. Unfortunately, I probably go to extremes to keep it clean ... but it just pisses me off to no end when I go into a rest area or even a truck stop and see dozens of pee bottles scattered around, and even a few walmart bags with something I choose not to describe here in them. -
I prefer 32oz bigslams or gatorade bottles.... I have to go the second I wake up, and I would rather not be forced to dress and exit the cab only to contribute to the urine smell at the truckstops.
