He has thought about the cab mounts. I don't know if he has checked the power steering box. I do know
he has been under the truck shaking and trying to move everything to make sure nothing is loose and fixing to break loose.

Truck is in shop. We took it today and told them to find out what's popping. We told them everything that we have had done on the truck and I just pray they can find what's the matter.

If they can't find anything wrong with the front end check the front cab bushing to see if the rubber is on them.

So far so good. Truck is no longer popping. They showed us the the broken crossmember on top of transmission.
It is riding much better also due to the whole spring assembly under the front end..and I checked everything was new..not just the springs. . That's me being happy and not fearing I'm not going in the ditch any minute.

I had same issues. Did alot different fixes and i think it was either tie rod ends or torque arm thatgoes from steering box to the left hub or whatever is called

You can spec steal or aluminum crossmembers on a new truck. I wonder which one is more durable and less prone to metal fatigue.
