If you are on a required break they cannot legally tow you without your permission unless the situation permits (see my previous post). That includes private property. You are protected when on a legal mandated break.

I parked on a piece of farmland one afternoon. Farmer called the police. Police came and told me to get the #### out. I told them no, call the DOT.
Did you know by federal law when you reqiest a dot officer local police must call them to the scene. More comedy gold? Nope. Idiot.
The DOT told them I can finish my break. Because I was legally protected. Nothing they could do. They were madder than a wet hen. But keep on trying to believe I'm wrong, if you've followed my posts here you'll know I speak the truth and don't sugar coat nothing -
