I am not totally sure if this is where this post belongs, if it needs to be moved I would appreciate it if a MOD could do it(Or point me to where it should go)

My wife and I have been driving as a team now for about a year. We love it! We get awesome miles, insurance and the work is fun to us. We have been chewing on O/O now for a while and she asked me a great question, "can we do any kind of hauling with our F350?"

I paused because I have seen plenty out there, hauling cars, trailers flatbed etc....I was wondering if anyone who has some insight into this could help me out with an answer for her...and me lol. We hustle so working wouldn't be an issue, we are previous business owners so we understand the inherent risks associated with it. I just don't know where I would find freight, what kind of trailer we need etc etc. Any insight is appreciated

Research companies that lease on your type of equipment (Jones Motor Freight comes to mind) also look on load boards for the loads you would be able to haul, and see if there is enough work to justify.

You could probably get good responses in the Expediter and Hotshot Forum.

A f350 would not be very good for team driving with no sleeper. It will limit your miles significantly.

With some minor modification to the back seats we can make a sleeper. Also about the load boards, I can't access any without a MC number. Kinda wanted to look at freight before I pull the trigger. Or is that even possible?
