CPAP compliance

My xwife was diagnosed with sleep apnea and required to use a machine nightly by law in order to be eligible to drive the next day. I clearly remember her each night putting on her mask and crying herself to sleep. She no longer drives, it has a very negative psychological effect being forced to be restrained to your workplace. I'm surprised that there are no law suites against the law.

 

What I was told was that if diagnosed with sleep apneia by while with any company then you must meet the dots standards. There are no fed regs to test for sleep apneia currently. Its all up to the company, for now.
