My new ride, just got it home.
C15 550hp, 18sp, 22.5 tall rubber. It is my last truck and I wanted to get what I always wanted, never been happier.

3000 liters so just under 800 US gal. The guy actually built that silver one himself, he used to part own a truck wrecking yard in the US, when he came home he brought a container load of parts with him. It used to be powered by a CAT 3408, but when it wore out he repowered with a C15. Very clever guy.

Oxbow, MJ1657 and ShooterK2 Thank this.

Is that the single turbo C15 or dual turbo ACERT?

    Oxbow Thanks this.

Man, that's over 6000 pounds of fuel! I can't even fill up my two 150 gallon tanks without being over weight most of the time.

SAR, Oxbow and Ozdriver Thank this.

Most of the time they are hauling 3 trailers @ 265,000 lb gross, they get between 2 and 3 mpg and fuel where they go is double the price in the cities. With all that gross weight the weight of the fuel isn't all that important.

    Oxbow and Grijon Thank this.
