    He has his own truck so I think he's still in good shape.
    A lot of carriers will out there will appreciate him. Just shouldn't go picking another bad company.

    Thats it in a nutshell. Good or bad... never quit until the new ink is signed.

    Bad job is better than no job. Especially this time of year.

    Thousands of companies out here hiring O/O's. For now why not look for a smaller outfit with an easy percentage based off the line haul. May not find the big money runs.. but if the work is steady and it keeps your head above water.. I would go that route until you find what you're looking for.
