I have been going to school for two weeks now, and wondering if there is some sort of "internship" that I can do with a company, to receive additional training. Does anyone know anything?

Yeah. It's called training with a trainer. Every company that hires new drivers does it.

It would be useful to have a semi at drivers training for high school students, like @SHO-TYME does. I didn't realize how big the blind spots are until reading one of his posts. Not really an internship, but probably the most exposure one could get without having relatives in the industry.
