Anybody have any feedback on TransX out of Calgary? Good or bad company to work for?
-
talked to a few of their drivers when I've been looking for work. sounds like run of the mill large company. easy to get lost and just be a number
-
I worked for them for about a year....I had no problems at all until I had a heart attack...A year later when I tried to go back they told me that I no longer 'qualify' for a job there....go for it but don't have a heart attack...Oh Yeah....Stay away from the CanX part...They have a couple dispatchers that will eat your butt

TrCan is hurting. The have 20 Brand New 2012 1nd 2013 t800'S IN THE RITCHIE SALE TOMORROW.
-
I was looking at those. Unused... nice.
Yeah, none of the service companies are going to do much hiring... if any, for most. Primarily they're just trying to stop the bleeding. -
I'm working for sanjel right now, based out of red deer. I was hired in july, and yeah things are pretty slow. The last 2 months haven't been that bad, but with pay cuts it definitely sucks.
They shut down the "greenhand" school in Calgary recently. One of the trainers that was there when I went through is now an operator again. -
20 of these T800's and Lomak has just as many new Volvos.
