    The good thing about being a 1099 employee is that you get to drive a white volvo out of chicago and you dont even have to speak english.

    Actually Chris, he pays more in taxes, as he has to pay the employer share of SSI (and workman's comp, and others)

    If you are a 1099 contractor and get a tax return, something is wrong. You are supposed to pay tax on all the 1099 income
