    heartland Express don't care about drivers they recruit,they charge u to get advance on comdata when comdata don't charge. They have no prepass,they don't pay tolls,. All their loads are the most 350 miles and if u go home every weekend your screwed. They are terrible.

    .42 cents per mile i get, what do you mean they dont pay tolls? Are you saying they don't have ez pass? Pre pass is for by - passing scales. Never take cash advance's for personal use!

    They don't give you money to pay scale,don't don't hv ez pass,you can't get cash advance to pay scales they charge you,.
    They don't I mean dont care about drivers. My first week there I asked for a non smoker truck they told me 99.99 are all smoking trucks soooooo live with it or nothing can be done. My first week tell me that really

    All you have too do is get fuel then get the advance and turn In your PO for it then you won't get charged. And honestly if all they have is a smoking truck clean it over time some of the smell will go away
