Talks good, listens really good. Perhaps too good, picks up too much.
-
By the looks of it ...I don't think so...but I would really like to see DOT's face
if something like this would come to the scale
Muleskinner Thanks this. -
OK now I understand and it makes sense to me.
If you enjoy it and it works for you it all the better
.
walleye and Muleskinner Thank this. -
Regarding the blue lights being too bright.
They look nice...but annoy the *&(%^ out of me. So I stuck a piece of DARK limo tint over the numbers. I can still read them fine in the day.Muleskinner and Big Duker Thank this. -
You've got the radio, too?
-
No I've got a Magnum....without a dimmer switch

WOW..they must be bright if you put limo tint on them and can still see the numbers in broad daylight
.

They are extremely bright ! I thought the blue was cool...but was i ever wrong.
Some models (Magnum) have a dimmer switch. I tried to get an aftermarket put on mine. It was a no go.
On a side note. I go have a set of 3 Blue LED lights that I use to illuminate my floor area between the seats, for pouring coffee at night. $7 at Wally World...they work great. And have an on/off switch. -
thank you cmoore for the information on the radio. i read an article on it in the new pilot magazine. with what you say on it and from everything else i have heard i think i am going to pull the trigger and get one of these radios.
