I purchased another new solenoid and so far the problem is fixed. Thanks for all the help and if any other problem arises again relating to this issue I will post back.

Hi, Is it possible you air line is contaminated and damage the new solonoid installed. . .
Open one fail solonoid to see if debris are present on the needle seat ?

Thanks Ben! as stated above i change the solenoid again and it all good now. The first solenoid i bought must not be good either.
