WTF are you talking about ? You can run 3200 miles in a 65 MPH truck quite easy. Even if we use your numbers of 64 hour drive week he only has to avg 50mph over the course of the week 3200 @ .38CPM @ 50 MPH AVG = $1216 Gross before any other factors are added in. I love how people like this always look at CPM only, when Detention, Drop pay, Xpay and Bonus all play into factor also, hell the Bonus alone can add $1800 all on its own over the course of it.

Also if your point is at me about 70MPH truck, My truck had no problem reaching, maintaining and exceeding 70MPH. Thanks tho rook!

Because they have countless idiots that line up for a nice shiny truck and they have gay arse youtube videos like this. That and for some reason in those drivers head .25cpm is a good living.

yes cause someone else was posting the other day saying Knight hauls Anheuser freight out of Ft Collins CO for .78cpm, backhaul or not you cant afford to pay drivers 1100-1200 a week on cpm like that
2000 miles to truck=1560
.40cpm to driver=500
and 663 fuel cost
that would leave the truck .20cpm gross or $397 i seriously doubt anyone wants gross to truck being that

Move a truck for free to another area or move it for less. People cant seriously be this stupid.

Edit.
If a load going into that area paid them 2 or 3 per mile the .78cent back haul is not going to kill them coming out. And its better then moving the truck for free, at least that way it lessons the blow for deadheading the truck out.
