I sent my whole lease agreement.
As you own your truck you probably just need the paperwork stating you're hauling for them.
    Give them a call.

FYI I'm tracking my own IFTA now as an experiment.
    Should be interesting.

If you email your fuel receipts in, what address do you send them to?? All I have is a fax number.

Edit: I don't think it's case sensitive. That's just how it shows up in my contacts.

Yes, currently it is $250 per year and $3.75 per card per month.

I send in the monthly report by state at the end of each month. I'm not sure where you get the $3.75 a month thing, the charge me $6 a month which is still better then the $1 transaction fee Schneider charges. I find on average I save $0.10/gallon over what I would get with Schneider's discounts at the flying p's. I'll check prices and compare the discount every time but I have yet to see Schneider beat nastc's price at the pump.

My ICA told me to email in my report to Karen [email protected] and I make sure I cc my ICA as well. You need to have it in by noon on the 4th for them to process it in time. For example, November's receipts or report needs to be in by December 4th at noon and December's receipts or report will need to be in by Jan 4th at noon.

One of my favorite parts of using nastc, they can't see when you fill so they can't match up the fueling in your logs and make sure you show on duty time for fueling.

This is exactly what I pay as well...

And I email my fuel receipts to Schneider as mentioned above...

    Roll on...

Hmmm, I'll have to call and ask them why they charge my $6 a month because I thought it was suppose to be $3.75. Thanks for the info.
