    There's tons of places to park around Oceanside. Go E. on 78 to Jefferson near WalMrt. Or, Mossy Nissan at College (park past their dealership on the street), or, at Costco/BMW of Vista (hugh parking lot they share) at/near El Camino Real. Or Oceanside harbor. Or area near Oceanside airport off Hwy 76. I'm in San Marcos, so I know the area. You can even park at I-15/Hwy 76 near Mobil sta.

    Thanks for the info! 15 & 76 are the closest to me as I live near the back gate of Camp Pendleton.

    I'm thinking the 15 & 76 would be the easiest if I have to drop my trailer in Fontana & bobtail from there. I live off of College & Vandergrift about a mile from Walmart on the 76.

    I retire from the Marines in a couple of months so if worse comes to worse I can always hide it on base if that's possible.

    There's always plenty of room at the Mobil for your truck AND trailer, no need to bobtail it all the way to and from Fontana for home time.
