They're terrible .I don't usually say anything bad about a company, but I started with more money in my pocket than I had when I quit. You will get one really good paying load to boost your moral. Then things will go down hill.The object is for them to be in place to cover a load anywhere,and any time that's why it will be around 10-20 people in orientation. The bottom line is that they will always have enough drivers to cover the freight,but not enough freight to cover you,but they still get their percentage off your truck when you book a load.Sorry to be negative ,but I nearly went out of business. If you can bite the bullet ,and get your own authority. I wish that I would have had someone to tell me like it is.Good luck.

 

Why are you letting them pick your loads? I've spoken to a few guys out on the road doing very well on the lease

Thats what im doing getting my own authority in 2 month.. I hope this #### work out for 2 month at lease

 

If you want it to work pick your own fright and stay in the right lanes of fright. I've seen the CRST LB and it's money to be made on it. I'm just not welling to lease yet.


I don't get it if you can't make money doing this how is getting your own authority gonna be any better.

 

I didnt say i couldnt make money i jusy came over here i dont even have my truck yet... I can make money any where
